Pierre et Vacances will take charge of this superb holiday residence between 2,000 and 2,018. During these almost 20 years, this holiday residence classified 3 * has thus become one of the most sought after by holidaymakers and foreigners.

Since 2018, the owners have taken over the management of their accommodation, and the managers of the Syndical Council and the volunteer owners are working to preserve the character of this place, attracting each year a loyal and demanding clientele , for a family vacation or a romantic getaway .

Purchased in 2016, with a total renovation in 2017 and a furnished 3 * classification in 2018, “Blue Lagoon” quickly became a sought-after place facing the sea with an occupancy rate of nearly 75% year-round, with an international clientele!

Each year, thanks to satisfaction surveys, a constant effort is made to maintain a high quality standard with constant investments and a trusted concierge to welcome you.

01) THE DOMAINE DE LA COUDOULIÈRE

The Domaine de la Coudouliere is a true haven of peace. It offers its holidaymakers free access to a vast bowling alley, a playground for children, walks around the lakes , tables of ping-pong and a babysitting service 24/24 .

2 lakes, located just in front of the entrance gate, allow bucolic walks, duck families stroll there and when the season is right, come to bathe quietly in the swimming pool with a flick of your wings.

The 19 residences are spaced apart, each with its own parking lot and facilities. At the heart of the estate, a Club House allows all holidaymakers to benefit from facilities such as a Olympic swimming pool and a magnificent relaxation area (see next section).

02) THE CLUB HOUSE

The Club House was born from a desire to provide excellent service to all residents and vacationers, here are the services offered:

  • 1 restaurant with 1 bar
  • 1 Olympic swimming pool
  • 1 jacuzzi for adults
  • 1 paddling pool for the youngest
  • 1 water slide for children
  • 4 tennis courts
  • 1 mini-golf
  • entertainment in summer for young and old

In order to benefit from these conditions:

  1. The owner must purchase an annual membership of 75 € (= ok for Blue Lagoon vacationers;)

  2. An entry will cost users 4th / person / day , it allows to benefit from all the services available

  3. You will need to show the membership number and the name associated with the entry (you will find the information in the "Welcome Book" at the apartment )

3) THE BEACHES

Coudouliere Beach

The 2 beaches located 50m walk from the residence are a real plus to change the time of an afternoon atmosphere and feel the spray! The beach of the Coudouliere located on the left offers a mattress service and 5 small coves of fine sand that follow one another.

Roches Brunes Beach

More discreet and to the right of the marina in a mixture of fine sand and small gravel, the Roches Brunes beach is an uncrowded and very pleasant beach that you will always give the possibility to spread your towel and take a very pleasant sunbath 🙂

Finally for connoisseurs, you have the small coves of Cap Nègre just after the Mediterranean park on your left down the small path in the residence” la Marina du Cap Nègre “

04) PORT HÉLÉNA SHOPS

Les commerces de Port Héléna sont enfin le véritable plus pour les vacanciers qui souhaitent vraiment profiter, imaginez : vous préparez le petit café sur la terrasse vue mer pendant que votre conjoint va chercher les croissants à la boulangerie à seulement 1mn à pied

De même, un paquet de cigarettes, le journal, un appoint de courses, une pizza à emporter ou encore un médicament à prendre, tous les commerces se trouvent jouxtés à la résidence. Et il y a même un étal de poisson frais tous les matins juste en face !

  • The Six-Fours les Plages Tourist Office has published a simply fantastic Vacation Guide , you will in fact find the main guides directly at the apartment.

  • A " Welcome Book " will also give you typical places little known to holidaymakers that I personally recommend. It includes brochures, maps and everything you can use to quickly and easily schedule activities to your liking.

  • Here is finally a little idea of the activities that might interest you. These are divided into 3 groups by proximity.

ACTIVITIES

No car needed for this spot! Blue Lagoon is already 5 restaurants within 100m, 2 beaches for lazing right in front, or even quite simply to enjoy the swimming pool in idleness mode. Tennis, table tennis, mini-golf, pétanque, your happiness will be in the very heart of the domain.

You also have activities which are right in front of the residence:

02) 5-10mn by car / bicycle

A little further by taking the car, either on the Brusc side on the left, or on the Sanary side on the right are spotlights that will make your stay. Blue Lagoon provides 2 bicycles which also allow you to get to these places in an easy and pleasant way.

  • Water sports: La Cahute offers paddles and boards, a little further, boat rentals for the day, parasailing, outing "dolphins at sea ",
  • The Sanary market (elected 2019 French market)
  • The Bandol esplanade with its port, shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors

03) The treasures of the Var at 1 hour by car

Finally, an hour's drive away are some treasures of the Var, just to change the mood and better understand all the beauty of the department. To do this, you will need to get up early to get away from it all in "off" mode!
