With this in mind, 2-3 days before your arrival, our concierge will contact you in order to organize your arrival.As far as possible , we prefer to meet in person, but if this is not possible or if you prefer, you can perform an automatic check-in at any time thanks to the key box and at detailed plan of the residence :)

Whenever possible, we are flexible when it comes to arrival and departure times:
➔ Check-in & gt; 2pm (you can still arrive whenever you want, thanks to the key box and the detailed map of the residence;)
➔ Check-out & lt; 11AM (because we need 3 hours to fully prepare the accommodation :)
"Les Rivages de Coudouliere" is a clean and family residence with a respectful atmosphere, tenants are therefore required to show civility, in particular noise nuisance and / or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. A guard service is present and available 24 hours a day to guarantee the peace of the neighborhood, if necessary, the call of the police, a fine as well as an outright eviction will be carried out without the right to any compensation. .
Holidaymakers are required to behave like a "good father", to respect the cleanliness and tidiness of the premises, in the event of major damage the deposit will be retained, and supplements may be required via legal action with of the Toulon Court.
Holidaymakers are finally required to take out liability insurance which could cover any damage during their stay. Although the accommodation benefits from a PNO, the liability of the lessor may be sought in the event of fire and / or major deterioration of the accommodation.
A deposit of 600€ will be required upon entering the premises, this is legally returnable within 30 days, in fact, the deposit is often returned on the same day of departure, however, the lessor cannot no case require its return before 30 days.
The "small breakages" are part of the activity, in this case, thank you for reporting any missing object so that we can replace them for the comfort of other vacationers, the deposit will never be excessively reduced for small costs :) - The deposit will be requested in the form of a non-cashable check or credit card imprint, in this case, the amount will not be disbursed from your current account, however, it must be sufficiently funded to be possible.
The non-delivery of a deposit (check, cash or credit card imprint) is a cause of non-entry into the premises, and in this case, no refund can be requested.
Reservations made for the high season are non-refundable and no compensation can be claimed.
• > 30 days ➔ your reservation can be canceled at any time on simple request from you
• <30 days ➔ 30% of the reservation will be retained (- fees)
• < 15 days ➔ 50% of the reservation will be retained (- fees)
• < 7 days ➔ 100% of the reservation will be retained (- fees)
The simple desire to no longer want to come for x reason will never be a sufficient cause for cancellation, on the other hand, all cases of major impediments will of course be retained, namely: government ban in the respective countries, death of the tenant etc.
If it is impossible to come due to sanitary conditions, the tenant will be reimbursed in full if he has notified the owner within 48 hours of the diagnosis, on medical proof, and that the person was scheduled in the accommodation. In addition, only vaccinated hosts will be able to claim this clause.
