(1983) An old Tuilerie

The unique Coudouliere project was born on the territory of an old tile factory directly linked to the port.

From the 42 hectares of virgin land will be born 19 residences under the inspiration of the architect Didier Garcia, 1 House Club, 2 artificial lakes and more than 3,000 holiday homes.

(2000) “Les Rivages de Coudouliere”

Ideally located between sea and nature and close to the shops of Port Héléna, “Les Rivages de Coudouliere” will be the last residence to see the light of day, in the year 2000

It has more than 200 accommodations, half of which face directly to the sea, and a gigantic 340m² swimming pool.

(2000-2018) Pierre & Vacances

Pierre & amp; Vacances will take over the management of this superb residence between 2000 and 2.018, end of its operation During these almost 20 years, this 3 * classified holiday residence has thus become one of the most sought after by holidaymakers and foreigners.

Since 2018, the owners have taken over the management of their accommodation, and the managers of the Syndical Council and the volunteer owners are working to preserve the character of this place, attracting each year a loyal and demanding clientele, for family vacations or a romantic getaway.

(2016) Blue Lagoon

Purchased in 2016, with a total renovation in 2017 and a furnished 3 * classification in 2018, “Blue Lagoon” quickly became a sought-after place facing the sea with an occupancy rate of nearly 75% year-round, with an international clientele!

Each year, thanks to satisfaction surveys, a constant effort is made to maintain a high quality standard with constant investments and 2 people of trust to welcome you: Christine and Heimata.

THE DOMAIN

The domain of Coudouliere is a true haven of peace. It offers its residents and holidaymakers free access to a large bowling alley, a children's play area, walks around the lakes, table tennis tables and a 24-hour security service.

2 lakes, located just in front of the entrance gate, allow bucolic walks, duck families stroll there and when the season is right, come to bathe quietly in the swimming pool with a simple flick of the wings .

The 19 residences are spaced apart, each with its own parking lot and facilities. At the heart of the estate, a Club House allows all residents and vacationers to benefit from facilities such as an Olympic swimming pool and a magnificent relaxation area (see next chapter).

THE CLUB HOUSE

The Club House was born out of a desire to provide excellent service to all residents and vacationers, here are the services offered:

  • 1 restaurant with 1 bar
  • 1 Olympic swimming pool
  • 1 jacuzzi for adults
  • 1 paddling pool for the youngest
  • 1 water slide for children
  • 4 tennis courts
  • 1 mini-golf
  • Activities in summer for young and old alike

In order to benefit from these conditions:

  1. The owner must take out an annual membership of 75 €, which is a must for Blue Lagoon vacationers;)

  2. An entry will cost users 4th / person / day, it allows to benefit from all the services available

  3. You will need to show the membership number and the name associated with the entry (you will find the information in the "Welcome Book" at the apartment)

PORT HÉLÉNA SHOPS

The shops of Port Héléna are finally the real plus for holidaymakers who really want to enjoy it, imagine: you prepare a little coffee on the sea view terrace while your spouse fetch the croissants from the bakery just 1 minute walk away

Likewise, a packet of cigarettes, the newspaper, extra groceries, a pizza to take away or even a medicine to take, all the shops are next to the residence. And there's even a fresh fish stall across the road!
